Medium & Pricing
I work in two different mediums. Say, you’d like a giant Plant Cell in Indigo Blue. My watercolor abstracts are done on 140 lb cold press Arches watercolor paper…a thick and velvety paper that feels super luxe. Prices for Watercolor Commissions are as follows:

My Watercolor and Acrylic paintings are done on thick 100% cotton gallery wrapped canvas and stretched over high density pine stretcher bars. I use the highest quality heavy body waterlcolor, acrylic paint and sumi inks. Prices for MultiMedia Painting Commissions are as follows…

Shipping is not included in the price. It will be determined with the zip code of where the final piece will be shipped to.
Framing
I can coordinate framing for an additional cost and for sizes up to 40 x 60 inches! Framing is encouraged, particularly for paintings on paper. I’ve partnered with both Framebridge and Simply Framed to give you a beautiful and seamless framing experience.
Framing Pricing:
Up to 24 x 36 framing: $250
30 x 40 framing: $300
Anything above 36 x 48 inches, may have to be framed locally. If you are local to the Chicago area, I can help with this, otherwise I can guide you to a local framer in your area!
Pricing includes an optional matte on some sizes.
Custom sizes are available. Prices vary with custom frame choices or extra add ons like “float mounting”.
How I work
I ask for half of the price as a downpayment and to begin your custom piece. I will create a smaller mockup version of your painting. Upon your approval, I create your painting in your desired size!
Once the piece is completed, I send you a picture for approval, and then will invoice you the final payment. Should you opt to frame with me, I will then ship your painting off to Framebridge. Framebridge will then send you your custom painting professionally framed and ready to hang! The whole process should take between 8 and 10 weeks.
