About this Painting:

Steady Stream II is an abstract “plant cell” painting in a palette of white and indigo blue. This piece incorporates watercolor and acrylic paint. It has sweeping  layers of paint creating ribbons of indigo on high contrast white. This abstract piece captures the meditative flow of my Plant Cell series. The repetitive and physical act of layering water and color, watching it bleed and flow. This piece was created as a pair with Steady Stream.
